Neodura synthetic dura
Neodura is a synthetic dura which is produced by Medprin from porcine zelatin and synthetic substance and is capable to cover dural gaps in cranial or spine surgeries.
It is resorbable and can be stabilized with sutures or glues. We must place the dura in salina before placement to be wet.
